The Commerce Society, SRCC proudly hosted the landmark G20 Panel Discussion on January 18th, 2023, pioneering the university-connect series that became a cornerstone of G20's academic outreach initiatives. This groundbreaking event attracted over 400 students from colleges across Delhi to the prestigious Sridhar Shriram Auditorium, featuring distinguished panelists including Mr. Yogendra Kumar (Former Ambassador and Author), Mr. Rajit Punhani (Secretary, Rajya Sabha Secretariat), Mr. Abhinav Chandra (Project Director, Asian Development Bank), Mr. Ashish Sinha (Joint Secretary G20, Ministry of External Affairs), Ms. Mrinalini Shrivastava (IPS, Director G20 NDMA), and Ms. Jivisha Joshi Gangopadhyay (Deputy Secretary, Logistics Division). This prestigious gathering provided students with unprecedented access to senior government officials and policy experts, fostering meaningful discussions on India's G20 presidency and its global economic implications while establishing SRCC as a key platform for high-level policy dialogue.

G20 Panel Discussion

The Commerce Society, SRCC organized The Quad Summit Panel Discussion on 12th March 2024. The event was the first of its kind, marking the beginning of the panel discussion series under BizStreet ‘24 with the theme “India’s Stance upon the Quad Summit and Its Possible Outcomes.” Esteemed speakers, including former diplomats and political analysts, came together to dissect India’s evolving role and the broader implications of the Quad alliance. The panel featured Mr. Anil Trigunayat (Former IFS), Mr. Achal Malhotra (Retd. IFS & Former Diplomat), Mr. Sanjay Bhattacharyya (Former IFS & BRICS Sherpa), Mr. Anuj Sharma (Political Researcher), and Ms. Ishita Singh Rajput (Journalist, formerly with The Times of India), all of whom brought sharp insights and diverse perspectives to the table.

Quad Summit

As part of BizStreet’25, the Shark Tank Panel; Delhi University’s first of its kind, brought together visionary entrepreneurs who’ve made their mark on Shark Tank India: Aanchal Saini (Flyrobe), Lavanya Aneja (Lea Clothing), Natwar Agarwal (Bacca Bucci), and Jitendra Sharma (HairOriginals). These trailblazing founders shared powerful insights into their startup journeys, challenges, and the resilience it takes to disrupt markets. The session offered students a front-row seat to stories of innovation, grit, and real-world problem-solving. Engaging and inspiring, the panel sparked meaningful conversations on entrepreneurship, strategy, and future opportunities.
